The Doggie Dreamz Training Method
At Doggie Dreamz, I use The Third Way Method — a unique, results-driven approach that blends dog psychology, balanced training, and relationship-based communication. This method helps dogs and their humans build trust, structure, and calm through clear, consistent communication.
Unlike one-size-fits-all programs, my training is completely customized to your dog’s temperament, motivations, and stressors. I focus on what your dog needs to feel balanced — not just what you want them to do.
My milestone-based framework is designed to create lasting results step by step, helping your dog progress from calm awareness to confident reliability in the real world.
Milestone 1: Foundation & Bonding
We start by building calm structure and leadership. Your dog learns to relax, settle, and respond to gentle guidance — creating trust and a sense of safety.
Milestone 2: Communication Clarity
You’ll master clear communication through markers, timing, and tone so your dog understands what you want and feels confident in responding.
Milestone 3: Leash Mastery & Focus
We refine leash skills for relaxed, distraction-free walks. Your dog learns to check in with you naturally and stay calm even around triggers.
Milestone 4: Emotional Regulation
Through structured exposure and mindset work, your dog learns to handle frustration, excitement, and reactivity with calm confidence.
Milestone 5: Real-World Reliability
We bring all the pieces together. Your dog stays focused and composed in new environments, with strong manners and trust that lasts beyond training.
Whether you're dealing with reactivity, leash frustration, overexcitement, or simply want a more connected relationship, we’ll work together to create real, lasting change — without punishment, quick fixes, or guesswork.
